Shipping policy

At Busted B Leather, every piece is handcrafted in Lone Oak, Texas using traditional leatherworking methods. Because of this, many of our products are made to order, and shipping times vary depending on the item and current production workload.

Processing & Lead Times

Items that are in stock typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Items that are made to order will ship according to the lead time listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Lead times are estimates based on current production workload and are not guaranteed ship dates.

Because each piece is handcrafted, production schedules may occasionally shift due to order volume, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We always make our best effort to meet estimated timelines while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect.

Order Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Shipping times after an item leaves our shop are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Busted B Leather is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been released to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. While we are happy to assist in locating packages or filing claims when necessary, Busted B Leather cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help initiate a carrier investigation if needed.

Multiple Item Orders

If an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we typically ship the order once all items are completed so everything arrives together.

If you would prefer to have your in-stock items shipped ahead of the made-to-order items, we are happy to accommodate that request. However, an additional shipping charge will apply, and payment for the additional shipment must be received before the in-stock items are released for shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on destination and product type. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
