Refund policy

At Busted B Leather, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Every product we build is backed by a lifetime guarantee on our workmanship, because we stand behind the quality and durability of what we make.

Because each item is handcrafted, all sales are considered final once production has begun, except in cases of a manufacturer defect.

We do accept returns on non-defective, non-custom items within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in new condition. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

The only time we cover return shipping is if we made an error with your order or there is a verified workmanship defect.

Custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Items stamped with initials, ranch brands, or other personalization
• Products built for firearms that are not part of our standard lineup
• Special configurations requested by the customer
• Any item made to customer-specified options outside our standard offerings

Custom items are built specifically for the customer and often cannot be resold, therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged once produced.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please email us with your first and last name, order date, and order number, along with photos if applicable. Our team will review the issue and respond with next steps.
